U.S. Classic Guitar is Granted 501 (C)(3) Status by the IRS

U.S. Classic Guitar President William Jenks is pleased to announce that U.S. Classic Guitar is now officially a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization with a public charity status of 509 (a)(2). Any donor that has or will make a donation to the organization after September 25, 2018 may make deduct their contribution on their federal income tax returns under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. U.S, Classic Guitar is also qualified to receive bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522 U.S. Classic Guitar has an accounting period ending August 31.
Our Mission Statement: U.S. Classic Guitar is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), organization formed to inspire, connect, and engage our community through the artistry of the classical guitar.
U.S. Classic Guitar is excited to announce the upcoming 2019-2020 season soon which will include a world-class classical guitar series in the regions of Oregon, Hawaii, and Southern California.
